You'll want a screwdrivers and a claw hammer and a spanners and a tape measure and a drill and a spirit level.
Leave a 1/8 in expansion gap between edges of exterior CDX plywood sheets to prevent buckling.
Verify hold-down anchor bolts are embedded with proper edge clearance in the concrete stem wall.
