Clear 3 × 3 m of floor and lay out the parts.
22 parts and 19 fasteners in 6 steps.
You'll want a screwdrivers and a claw hammer and a spanners and a tape measure and a drill and a marker and a spirit level.
Avoid arc strikes or gouge gouges across the reduced flange section as they create severe stress concentrations during seismic cycles.
Maintain continuous preheat and interpass temperatures specified by AWS D1.1 to prevent hydrogen-induced heat-affected zone cracking.
