You'll want a claw hammer and a spanners and a tape measure and a drill and a spirit level and a trimming knife.
Ensure adjacent offset studs leave adequate clearance for 3 in or 4 in DWV pipe bells.
Apply acoustical sealant along the full bottom plate footprint prior to anchoring to the subfloor.
