You'll want a spanners and a tape measure and a drill and a marker and a spirit level and a trimming knife.
Ensure closed-cell sill sealer is continuous without tears to prevent capillary ground moisture transfer and air infiltration.
Check stem wall top with a builder's level or laser before securing mudsills.
