You'll want a claw hammer and a tape measure and a marker and a spirit level and a trimming knife.
Crystalline silica dust hazard: use dedicated dust-collecting shears or diamond fiber-cement circular saw blades with HEPA vacuums.
Never over-drive nails; fastener heads must sit flush with the board face without breaking the cement core.
