You'll want a screwdrivers and a claw hammer and a spanners and a tape measure and a drill and a marker and a spirit level and a trimming knife.
Ledgers can never be fastened directly to hollow masonry veneer or cantilevered overhangs.
Verify structural washers are installed under both nut and bolt head to avoid wood fiber crushing.
